Your commitment to us

When you confirm any purchase with us (e.g. booking blacksmithing taster sessions) you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Chain Bridge Forge and yourself. No contract exists between you and Chain Bridge Forge for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us. As stated in the Government Guidelines, on entrance to Chain Bridge Forge, we would very much appreciate if visitors would adhere to the following in supporting us to give you a great visitor experience:

  • Do not enter the Forge if you are experiencing Covid 19 symptoms
  • Always follow Social Distancing guidelines
  • Regular hand washing
  • Parents and Guardians are responsible for their children at all times

Prices

The description and price of your order will be shown on the email confirmation. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice. All items are subject to availability.

Online Security

To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit / debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as
they are sent over the Internet.

Data Protection

The information taken at time of booking is required to be collected for the purposes of processing your reservation with us. We may process your data to keep you informed of our activities and to keep you updated with news, offers, and other information that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information for the marketing purposes described in this
paragraph, please let us know by email.

Limitation of Liability

Chain Bridge Forge’s total liability for in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods/services.

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Chain Bridge Forge will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its
reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war, or act of God.

Neither Chain Bridge Forge nor its directors or employees accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, or illness to visitors, property, vehicles and their contents and accessories or
any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract, or in any other way whatsoever. This does not affect your Statutory rights.

Severance

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line, tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. Please ensure you check the timings given in your confirmation email, as late
arrival may mean that the goods/services you have purchased cannot be provided in full.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email.
