VR can be played in a seated position as well as standing. You may need to step backwards to view the AR models through your phone or tablet screen. Make sure you are in a room where there is space to move without bumping into or tripping over anything.

Health considerations?

Applicants with medical conditions such as light-sensitive epilepsy or eye problems should use caution when viewing. Take breaks every 20 minutes to rest your eyes and cease looking at the device / computer if you experience a headache or start to feel unwell.
